If you still decide to proceed with the cancellation, please log in to your client portal and click on the "service" tab. Then click on the service that you wish to be canceled. Write down why you want to cancel your service and select if you want to cancel it immediately or end of the billing period. Please note that cancellation requests can't be repented if you're not contacting us immediately.
